Positions and Responsibilities

1 Head of Legal Support and Public Procurement Department 1. Represents the interests of the Enterprise, on behalf of the management, in other bodies and organizations on issues within the competence of the Department.

2. Participates in the development of regulations on structural divisions, reporting forms, and other documentation related to the activities of the Enterprise.

3. Represents the interests of the Enterprise during inspections conducted by state control and supervisory authorities in order to monitor the legality of actions of inspectors, the validity and correctness of their conclusions, the proper execution of inspection results, and preparation of procedural documents.

4. Represents the Enterprise in state supervisory authorities authorized to consider cases of administrative offenses, prepares and submits complaints against actions of officials of supervisory authorities and unlawful administrative penalties imposed on the Enterprise.

5. Carries out inspections of the state of contractual work in the structural divisions of the Enterprise;

6. Ensures compliance of all procurements with the requirements of the public procurement legislation.
2 Power Engineer 1. Ensures uninterrupted operation, proper use, repair, and modernization of energy equipment, electrical and thermal networks, and air ducts;

2. Participates in testing and commissioning of energy installations and networks, investigates causes of accidents and develops measures to prevent them and ensure safe working conditions;

3. Organizes inspection and testing of relay protection and automation systems;

4. Performs technical supervision over measuring, electrical, and thermal devices used in the organization;

5. Monitors compliance with instructions for operation, maintenance, and supervision of energy equipment and electrical networks;

6. Participates in the development and implementation of standards and technical specifications for energy equipment;

7. Prepares necessary materials for заключение contracts for equipment repair with contractors;

8. Controls the execution of capital and other repairs of energy equipment;

9. Ensures compliance with safety and labor protection rules during operation and repair of energy installations and networks.
3 Specialist (military registration), System Engineer (0.5 position) 1. Registers users of the local network and mail server, assigns identifiers and passwords;

2. Takes measures to restore the operability of the local network in case of failures or breakdown of network equipment.

3. Identifies user and software errors and takes measures to correct them.

4. Ensures network security (protection against unauthorized access to information, viewing or modification of system files and data), and security of inter-network interaction.

5. Provides antivirus protection of the local network, servers, and workstations.

6. Ensures uninterrupted operation of the information system equipment and takes оперативные measures to eliminate violations arising during operation;

7. Monitors and diagnoses computer and network equipment of the information system to timely detect malfunctions.

8. Configures system and network software.

9. Provides maintenance of the information system.

10. Organizes protection of information and information systems.
4 Driver 1. Drives passenger vehicles of all types;

2. Monitors the technical condition of the vehicle, independently performs necessary work to ensure its safe operation (according to the instruction manual), timely undergoes maintenance and technical inspection;

3. Keeps daily waybills, indicating routes, mileage, fuel consumption, etc.
