In 2005, he graduated from D.A. Kunaev University with a degree in Law, and in 2011 he graduated from the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University with a degree in State and Local Government. In 2012, he received a master’s degree in Theater Director from the Kazakh National Academy of Arts named after T. Zhurgenov. In 2019, he completed his doctoral studies at the same academy, where he was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the specialty “Art History”. He completed an internship abroad in the USA at the Southeastern University of Missouri in 2017 and 2018 in the field of cultural development studies. From 2019 to 2026, Director of the Russian State Institution “National Center for Manuscripts and Rare Books”.

Zeynolla Samashevich Samashev is an archaeologist, Doctor of Historical Sciences, corresponding member of the German Archaeological Institute, one of the leading researchers of the ancient history and culture of Kazakhstan and Central Asia. He is the discoverer of the world-famous Berel mounds, which have become a significant scientific and cultural phenomenon at the international level.
Z. S. Samashev’s research interests cover archaeology, history, culture and art of Kazakhstan and Central Asia in the ancient era and the Middle Ages. He is the author of more than 200 scientific papers published in Kazakhstan, Russia, China, France, the USA and other countries.
Since 1967, Zeynolla Samashevich has been participating in archaeological expeditions aimed at studying the ancient history of Kazakhstan. At first as a participant, and since the 1980s as a supervisor, he conducted large-scale studies of monuments from the Neolithic, Bronze, Early Iron, Saka culture and the Early Middle Ages. Under his leadership, rock carvings, sites, settlements, burial grounds and mounds were studied, many of which were first introduced into scientific circulation. A significant amount of collected and systematized materials has been highly appreciated by archaeologists and Orientalists.
A special place in the scientific activity of Z. S. Samashev is occupied by the study of petroglyphs of Kazakhstan. His writings summarize both previously scattered information and extensive materials collected during his own expeditions. Thanks to his publications, the study of the rock art of Central Asia received a new impetus and reached a qualitatively different scientific level. Samashev’s works are widely cited by domestic and foreign researchers in the field of graphic archaeology.
In 2001, Z. S. Samashev was awarded the Tarlan Award of the highest (platinum) category for his outstanding contribution to the study of the Berel mounds and the development of a new method of preserving wooden artifacts recovered during archaeological excavations. Based on the results of the Berel expeditions conducted under his leadership, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan decided to establish the Berel State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve. In addition, according to the results of research in the area of the ancient capital of the Nogai Horde, Saraychik, as well as the Boraldai mounds near Almaty, the creation of state archaeological parks has been initiated.
Zeynolla Samashevich’s professional activity is characterized by a high level of scientific responsibility, the scale of research projects and a significant contribution to the preservation and popularization of the historical and cultural heritage of Kazakhstan.

Maral Khabdulina Kalymzhanovna is an archaeologist, Candidate of Historical Sciences, one of the leading researchers of the ancient and medieval history of steppe Eurasia, an authoritative scientist with more than 40 years of professional experience.
For many years, he has been the head of the Ishim archaeological expedition and the organizer of large-scale archaeological research in the vast territory of Northern and Central Kazakhstan. Under her leadership, comprehensive field work was carried out, which made it possible to introduce into scientific circulation a significant array of new sources on the archeology of the region. He holds the position of Director of the K.A. Akishev Research Institute of Archaeology at the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University.
She began her teaching career in 1981 at the Department of History of the Petropavlovsk Pedagogical Institute. In 1993-2000, she worked as a senior researcher at the A.H. Margulan Institute of Archaeology. Over the years, she taught at the Department of Archeology and Ethnology of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. Since 2000, he has been an associate professor at the Department of Archeology and Ethnology at the L.N. Gumilyov ENU.
M.K. Khabdulina teaches basic and special courses: “Fundamental problems of the archeology of Eurasia”, “History and Historiography of the archeology of Kazakhstan”, “Medieval Archeology of Central Asia”, “Early Iron Age of Eurasia”, “Archaeological concepts of the twentieth century”. Her lectures are distinguished by their deep theoretical content, analytical approach and the formation of students’ systematic view of the development of steppe civilizations.
Maral Kalymzhanovna’s research interests are related to the theoretical and methodological substantiation of the concept of steppe civilization, the study of the processes of cultural genesis of ancient and medieval communities, the reconstruction of paleoecological conditions, as well as the study of the archaic worldview and semantics of religious architectural ensembles of the steppe. Her research contributes to the development of interdisciplinary approaches in archaeology and to a deeper understanding of the historical and cultural processes of Eurasia.
M.K. Khabdulina is characterized by a high level of scientific competence, organizational skills and a significant contribution to the training of young archaeologists. Her professional activity has made a significant contribution to the development of archaeological science in Kazakhstan.

Ayagan Burkitbai Gelmanovich is a Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor of history, Associate Professor of Political Science, academician of the Academy of Sociology of the Republic of Kazakhstan, academician of the Kazakh Academy of Education, a prominent scientist who has made a significant contribution to the development of modern Kazakh historical and political science.
Burkitbai Gelmanovich is the author of more than 300 scientific papers and articles, including monographs, textbooks for secondary schools and higher educational institutions, encyclopedic and popular science publications. His works have been published in national and international scientific journals and collections, having received wide recognition in the scientific community.
Under the editorship of B.G. Ayagan, 10 volumes of “Kazakh Encyclopedias” in Kazakh, 5 volumes in Russian, as well as a generalized volume in English have been published. He is one of the authors and compilers of the four-volume Illustrated History of Kazakhstan. Under his scientific supervision, the fundamental encyclopedic publication “Kazakhstan. The National Encyclopedia”.
B.G. Ayagan is the author of a number of significant monographs, including: “The State of Kazakhstan: the Evolution of Social systems” (1993), “The Apogee and Decline of Soviet Socialism”, “Materials of the October Revolution and the Civil War in the Hoover Archive of the USA (1917)” and others. He has developed a number of modern methodological concepts to cover the history of the civilization of the nomads of Eurasia and the Golden Horde, the processes of formation, consolidation and collapse of Soviet power in Kazakhstan, as well as the problems of forced emigration of Kazakhs abroad.
As a specialist in the field of modern history of Kazakhstan, Burkitbai Gelmanovich explores issues of political transformations, the evolution of the social structure of society, the activities of political parties and social movements, as well as demographic changes in the country.
He actively participates in international scientific life, representing Kazakhstan at scientific symposiums and conferences in Japan, the USA, Turkey, Russia, Germany and Malaysia.
B.G. Ayagan’s professional activity is distinguished by a high level of scientific culture, a breadth of research interests and a significant contribution to the formation of the national historical school.

Akhmetzhan Kaliolla Samatovich is a candidate of historical Sciences, a well—known Kazakhstani artist and ethnographer, a member of the Union of Artists of Kazakhstan and the Academy of Arts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a recognized expert in the field of the history of traditional weapons and military art of nomadic peoples.
Kaliolla Samatovich is the author of more than 100 scientific articles and 7 monographs on the history of traditional Kazakh weapons, military science, weapons and military symbols of ancient and medieval nomads of Kazakhstan. His research is characterized by an interdisciplinary approach combining historical analysis, ethnographic materials, visual sources and artistic reconstruction.
A special place in his scientific and creative work is occupied by the study of the art of nomadic peoples, including the reconstruction of weapons, military equipment and symbols. The works of K.S. Akhmetzhanov contribute to a deeper understanding of the military culture of steppe civilizations and play an important role in popularizing the historical heritage of Kazakhstan.
As a reenactor, he made a significant contribution to the visualization of historical images and the formation of reliable ideas about the military appearance of nomads of various eras. His scientific and artistic works have been recognized both in academic circles and in the professional art community.
His professionalism, fundamental research and dedication to the preservation of historical and cultural heritage characterize Kaliolla Samatovich as one of the leading experts in the field of the history of weapons and military art of nomadic peoples.

Saule Bukeikhanov Burbaeva is a Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, chief researcher at the State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve “Bozok” of the Committee of Culture of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, an experienced organizer in the field of education and culture.
S.B. Burbaeva’s research interests are related to the development of ethnopedagogy in the museum sphere, the introduction of educational programs into the activities of museums, and the formation of spiritual and moral values based on historical and cultural heritage. She actively implements educational and scientific initiatives aimed at popularizing national history and culture.
For many years of conscientious work and significant contribution to the development of education and culture, she was awarded the Order of “Kurmet”, badges “Yeren yenbegi ushin”, “Honorary Worker of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, “Madeniyet Kayratkeri”, as well as jubilee medals and letters of appreciation from government agencies.
Saule Bukeikhanov is characterized as a highly professional leader with strategic thinking, organizational skills and a deep understanding of the role of culture and education in the development of society. Her activities are aimed at preserving historical and cultural heritage and shaping national identity through modern museum and educational practices. She is a member of the Expert Commission on the Material Historical and Cultural Heritage of the CIS countries at the D.S. Ganieva Ainagul Sabitovna-candidate of historical science, specialist in the field of archeology, leading scientific collaborator of the state historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve “Bozok”, highly studied with a multi-faceted experience in scientific, pedagogical and organizational work.
In 2000, the Eurasian National University named L. N. Gumileva on the specialty “Teacher of history”, in 2004 — master’s degree on the specialty “Archeology”. In 2006-2008 he studied at the Graduate School of archeology named after A. H. Margulana KN Mon RK. In 2010, the candidate’s dissertation on the specialty 07.00.06 – archeology was defended.

Mysyr Olzhas Daurenuly is a lawyer, researcher, manager in the field of historical and cultural heritage, currently the scientific secretary of the State State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve “Bozok”. He acts as a secretary in the collegial bodies.
He received his education in the field of law: in 2013 he graduated from the Kazakh Humanitarian and Legal Innovation University (Bachelor of Law), in 2016 he completed a master’s degree in Law from the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University. He is a doctoral student in the program “Training History Teachers” at Alikhan Bokeikhan University. He is a member of the Chamber of Lawyers and has practical experience in conducting civil and administrative proceedings.
He was the coordinator and executor of scientific projects within the EOM of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the ICI of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the UNDP, including projects dedicated to sacred spaces, the archaeological heritage of Saryarka, traditional architecture, the Saka cultural complex, the political history of the Kazakh Khanate and the Ulus of Jochi, numismatics, the interaction of man and landscape, as well as the international UNDP project to create conditions for the reintroduction of Turanian tiger and preservation of the natural, historical and cultural heritage of Ulytau.
